What do you wish that everybody knew?
People sometimes say "you are what you eat" but that's not really true. What's much more true is "You are what you think" and this includes what you consume (media such as tv shows, books, movies, websites that you visit, etc), and who you interact and surround yourself with. All of this impacts what you think about and even how you think. Your thoughts impacts your actions. Your thoughts and actions combined are who you are as a person. So if you want to change yourself, start by changing all the inputs to your mind for the better, fill your mind with quality inputs and surround yourself with the people who you want to be like. This is especially true for the young mind, it's a sponge. So if you're a parent you have a huge responsibility to your child to curate those inputs and eliminate the bad ones. Giving a child unrestricted internet access is one dangerous way to fill that sponge with filth that may be hard to wash away.
