What do you wish that everybody knew?
Take a moment to observe if you really understand what's going on in your habits, the way you interact with people, your routine. There's always a level deeper, life becomes easier when you start understanding the inner layers. E.g: Why people sometimes treat you badly? It could be because they've been abused their whole life, it was a shit day for them. Personally, I started reflecting on people's interactions and starting becoming aware of things like appearance, status, traumas...
